Rules for and regulations for Cash Giveaway

To be entered into the cash prize giveaway:

1. You must be 18 years old or older
2. Register as a member using no Nicknames that we feel are inflammatory, vulgar, promotional, or rude.
3. Signing up a user name that is an obvious domain name or product name will be removed. This is out of unfair promotion considerations as well as trademark implications
4. User must Agree to the rules and regulations of being an AgoVitatravel.com community member.
5. Post a story on your travels using 800 words or more. Be descriptive, specific, and succinct in your posting. People from all over the world read here with english as a second language.  Do not include any inflammatory, vulgar or rude language or comments or you will automatically be withdrawn from the Giveaway.  Please don’t post URL’s, signature files or other non specifics that will lead others to commercial sites.  Do not post press releases, newsletters, web pages, images, or copyrighted content into your AgoVitaTravel post.  Use the allotted image upload form for posting images related to your travels.
6. AgoVitaTravel reserves the right to remove any post at any time for any reason not stated above.

Winnings

1. The winner of the Cash giveaway must have a Paypal account to receive payment.
2. The winner will be contacted by AgoVitaTravel staff using the email address provided upon becoming a community member for further instructions.
3. The transaction will be made using PayPal, a trusted site. All Paypal rules and regulations apply. 
4. Winnings will be sent from AgoVitaTravel, via paypal, to the account name given by the winner.
5. The transaction will be made in one lump sum of $500.00 U.S.
6. Once the winnings has been sent, Agovitatravel.com nor its affiliates will be held liable for any technical issues between Paypal.com or the winner resulting in the winnings not being received.
